RENTAL CONDITIONS
RENTAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- To confirm the rental, a deposit equal to 50% of the booking cost is required, with the balance due upon collection of the bicycle.
- Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations within 30 days of the pickup date.
- Deposits will be refunded 50% for cancellations within 7 days of the pickup date.
- For cancellations made from the 6th day after the collection date, no refund will be provided.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
When collecting the bicycle, a security deposit of 500 euros will be retained, an amount that will be returned when the bicycle is returned (check its condition).
