DM EBIKE REGULATION
TO BE ABLE TO RENT OUR E-BIKES YOU NEED:
- Be of age.
- Deliver a valid identity document which will be returned to you on the day the bicycle is returned.
- Pay the deposit.
- Advance payment applies for all forms of rental.
- Security deposit paid by credit card or cash.
- Once the equipment has been returned and the absence of damage has been found, the deposit will be refunded.
- In the event that there is damage, the sum necessary for the repair will be withheld; if the amount paid is not sufficient, the tenant will be charged the remaining amount.
- In the event of damage caused by the tenant such as punctures or mechanical damage of various types, as well as accidents with other vehicles or people, the damage and recovery of the bicycle will be entirely charged to the tenant.
- In the event of theft, the tenant will have to compensate the full value of the stolen vehicle/accessory.
- In the event of loss, the tenant will have to compensate the full value of the lost vehicle/accessory.
SUPPLEMENT FOR DELAY IN RETURN OF THE BICYCLE:
For any delay in returning the bicycle, there will be a supplement calculated as follows:
30 minutes: €10
1 hour: €15
2 hours: €30
over 2 hours: double the daily cost.
MINIMUM FEE FOR RECOVERY OF THE VEHICLE WITHIN 10 KM, FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE DRIVER: €50
